The Role: RN Site Visit Nurse (IHSS Program)

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN to support clients on the Medicaid In-Home Support Services (IHSS) program. Your role will include:

Conducting brief (approx. 1 hour) home visits
Reviewing and updating client care plans
Assessing caregiver performance and task proficiency
Completing a few standardized documentation forms

Training will be provided to ensure you're confident and compliant in your assessments.

Ideal Candidate Has:

Current Colorado RN License
At least 2 years of RN experience (any setting)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication & documentation skills
Familiarity with IHSS is a plus (but not required)
